Job Description:
Primary area of expertise in Student Affairs and/or Higher Education Administration with the ability to teach graduate-level courses in one or more of the following areas:  
 
1. Organization and Administration of Higher Education  
2. Program Evaluation and Assessment  
3. Higher Education  
4. Policy Analysis  
5. Current Issues in Student Affairs/Higher Education

Requirements:
Required Capabilities  
 
1. Earned doctorate in Higher Education or closely related field  
2. Evidence of successful experience as an educator/practitioner in Student Affairs and/or Higher Education Administration  
3. Evidence of published research, grants, and conference presentations  
4. Evidence of successful teaching in a university setting, especially at the graduate level  
5. Evidence of commitment to diversity  
6. Evidence of experience using technology in teaching  
7. Evidence of a comprehensive understanding of organization and administration, student development, and other circular issues impacting Student Affairs/Higher Education  
8. Position responsibilities also include teaching in alternative formats and advising students at the Master's level  
 
 
Desired Capabilities  
 
1. Demonstrated comprehension and proficiency in use of appropriate research methodologies in education and higher education
