Naray Viswanathan, PhD,
Founder & President

With his talented team members, he refined and launched product version of the Interview Exchange™ Hiring Management System in 2003 and ReferredHire™ in 2005. He is a Member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and published articles in the area of Recruitment and Staffing in BostonWorks.com, HR.com, and Recruitersnetwork.com. He is currently overseeing the operations and identifying new technology imperatives and partnerships for the company.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dr. Viswanathan spent over 20 years in life sciences research and teaching at Northeastern University, Boston. His work has appeared in several peer-reviewed journals including Nature and Science. He has received awards and recognition from Indian National Science Academy, Indian Academy of Sciences and Indian Science Congress for his scientific contributions. Dr. Viswanathan obtained a Ph D (1987) from Madurai Kamaraj University, India
